These molds are made of durable, high-quality plastic, ensuring a perfect release, and offer the perfect, classic size for nougat. With how easy it is to make homemade nougat, you'll get great use out of them! Almond nougat, hard, soft, chocolate... Which one will you start with?

To make nougat, prepare the mixture and pour it into the molds, pressing and covering them with plastic wrap before placing them in the fridge. After unmolding the nougat, the mold comes out almost clean, but it's important to wash it under the tap, never in the dishwasher, so it doesn't lose its shape (prolonged high temperatures would deform it).
They are fully reusable molds - You can make a thousand and one homemade nougats!
