The Mineral by Monix is a grill pan made from forged aluminium, with a base of considerable thickness (4 mm) to ensure excellent temperature control, and it features a reinforced non-stick coating to guarantee both performance and durability.

The non-stick coating of the Mineral grill pan has undergone a double treatment to reinforce it, so that, with proper care, it will last a long time in your kitchen.

It features a stainless steel handle which not only provides a secure grip and gives it a highly professional and elegant finish, but also adds a major advantage: it is an oven-safe grill pan.
