Contenta con la malla

Para mi tiene el tamaño perfecto y me sirve para filtrar chufa y hacer horchata, quitar el exceso de agua de vegetales como calabacín para elaborar recetas.. muy contenta!

Muy contenta con la compra y con el servicio rápido e impecable de Claudia&Julia. Lo compre para hacer queso fresco, pero mi primer uso ha sido hacer queso de untar (con un yogur, yo usé cabra, lo eché en la malla, la apreté, retorcí, y la dejé sobe un colador y este sobre cuenco en el frigorífico. Al cabo de 24 horas el suero está en el cuenco y en la malla un delicioso queso de untar de cabra. Lo pasé a un taper y a la nevera. Lo próximo será queso.
