Our Emile Henry ceramic oven dish is a very popular item in kitchens all over the world. They are ideal for naturally cooking your recipes in the oven. Long-lasting and hard-wearing, they are easy to clean and offer all the wonderful cooking properties of ceramic. They look great on the table and will make your guests envy you.
This collection of trays differs from the previous collections thanks to an even more beautiful and functional design:
- The handles are an elegant part of the tray, they are ergonomically shaped (fingertips fit very well underneath and the grip feels more secure).
- The sides are not completely straight, they have a certain oval shape that conveys amplitude, and generosity in the servings.
- The exterior is not completely straight either, but plays with angles so that the ceramic reflects the light and looks very attractive on the table.
The Emile Henry Ceramic Oven Tray is available in the brand's most iconic colours and in a range of sizes:
- Square (28 x 24 x 7):

CLAUDIA'S NOTE ON COLOURS: When Emile Henry ceramics are heated, the colour of the moulds intensifies, becoming darker. Personally, I never know if I like them better when they are at room temperature or when I take them out of the oven, they are such beautiful colours! The classic red for a while is a very intense maroon, the blue intensifies in a very elegant ocean colour... I guess they don't want us to stop baking with them.
