The De Buyer wooden spatula is a wide spatula, made of natural beech wood from the Voges forests, managed in an environmentally friendly way.
It has a total length of 30 cm and has a finish treated with beeswax.
This is an ideal spatula for handling meat, fish, vegetables, rice... and all kinds of food in pans, cocottes and grills, without damaging the non-stick or surfaces but, at the same time, resistant thanks to the strength of the beech wood. Simple, traditional, an essential basic.
