Set of WMF basket and bridge ideal for healthy steam cooking. It is suitable for all WMF pressure cookers:
Its operation is very simple. You just have to put a little water in the pot (or the amount indicated in the recipe), place the bridge inside the pot and place the food basket on top with the ingredients inside.
You can also insert the bowls or flan boxes directly into the basket, to steam flans, biscuits, rice...
It is made of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel and the size of the basket is 20 cm in diameter and 5 cm in height.

The history of WMF
