The grill features a multi-layer construction that combines a tri-ply body of 18/10 stainless steel and aluminium with a 5-layer thermodiffusion base. Thanks to this structure, heat is distributed evenly throughout the cookware, generated primarily at the base and transmitted progressively towards the walls. This ensures homogeneous, stable and efficient cooking, so you can cook with ease and peace of mind, enjoying perfect results.

Important note: For correct use, it is recommended to heat the grill gradually before adding oil or food. Avoid using high heat settings, as its multi-layer construction allows for homogeneous heat diffusion. It is recommended not to overheat the cookware and not to use it at maximum power (do not exceed 2/3 of the hob's power setting).
