The Prior BRA Skimmer is a must-have in your kitchen. It is ideal for use in all types of pots, pans and frying pans, even non-stick ones , thanks to its high-quality nylon and silicone construction that protects them and keeps them scratch-free.
Like all utensils in the Prior collection, it features a highly hygienic and wear-resistant 18/10 stainless steel handle .
With its 36.5 cm length , the Prior skimmer will make it easier for you to remove and eliminate the foam that forms when broths or liquids boil. It is also a very useful tool to remove, during cooking, all kinds of meat, bones, fish or vegetables from the liquid in which they are being cooked. It is also a perfect helper to remove croquettes, French fries, empanadas, fritters or squid from the frying pan, saucepan or deep fryer, easily draining the frying oil.
