The Efficient griddle will become a great ally in your kitchen: it will not only serve you to make fabulous grilled meat, fish and vegetables on the grill, Use it as a oven tray to bake cookies, make puff pastry or shortcrust pastry tarts, make cookies, bars and to bake your pizzas!
This griddle combines efficiency and quality for intensive kitchen use with the best results. It is a grill that offers you the comfort that food does not stick thanks to the quality of its non-stick Platinum Plus (PFOA free), a reinforced and durable non-stick, and with excellent heat retention (so necessary in a griddle) thanks to its body made of cast aluminium.
It is suitable for all heat sources (including induction) thanks to its full induction diffuser bottom. It also has an excellent distribution of temperature for perfect cooking and roasting of all our recipes.
It is an ideal grill when you are looking for an alternative to iron grills (which can be very heavy), and offers the great advantage of offering a large cooking surface (it is available in 2 formats, the largest 43 cm!)

It has a factory located in Valls (Tarragona), where kitchenware, frying pans, pressure cookers, coffee makers and catering items are manufactured.
