With the Wok Nordik de Bra there will be no sauté that can resist you. Made of forged aluminium , it is a very efficient, robust and manageable high frying pan, with which you will cook in a very healthy way, with hardly any oil and without anything sticking , thanks to its extraordinary non-stick coating. With a modern Nordic-inspired design, you'll want to cook everything with it!
It has an ergonomic handle with a soft touch in imitation wood , which, being thermo- insulating , will allow you to cook comfortably, since it will not heat up at any time. In addition, its concave design makes it very versatile, because you can sauté, fry, boil, stew or steam it, with delicious results thanks to its perfect temperature distribution .
Its PFOA-free Withford Quantanium® tri-layer non -stick coating is reinforced with titanium , which gives it enormous resistance , so you can prepare your recipes using hardly any oil with the certainty that nothing will stick. It has a wide diffuser bottom that makes the most of energy, which, added to its excellent distribution of temperature , will help you cook with great efficiency.
