Its two-layer construction features an aluminum layer that provides rapid heating and even heat distribution, and a second layer of high-quality, durable stainless steel. The pan is suitable for all cooktops, including induction. You can also use it in the oven up to 220º C.

Its ceramic coating, Thermolon™ Infinity, is reinforced with diamond particles and is completely free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium. It offers excellent non-stick performance so you can cook healthily and conveniently, with very little oil and without food sticking.
