The Pallarès knives made of stainless steel with boxwood handles are ideal as table knives while also being perfect kitchen knives for the most practical users (these, unlike the carbon steel knives with exactly the same look, these stainless ones will not rust).
NOTE! These knives have stainless steel blades, unlike the popular Pallarès knives with carbon iron blades that have exactly the same appearance. These do not rust nor require maintenance, except for always hand washing them to care for the wooden handle.
They are available in various blade sizes. The 10, 11, and 12 cm length knives are undoubtedly perfect for the table, as well as paring and multipurpose kitchen knives. The larger knives are perfect filleting and chef knives, to work comfortably and easily on cutting boards in the kitchen.
Since I was little, I remember seeing Pallarès pocket knives and knives at home. My father used the pocket knives in the garden, and I remember my grandfather always carried one in his pocket. When I started helping my mother in the kitchen, I discovered that she also used Pallarès knives for almost everything. Beautiful wooden knives that she still uses and cares for with great affection today.
Pallarès knives are lightweight, balanced, and have a very comfortable handle, so they quickly become one of the most used knives in any kitchen and at the table. It is not recommended to put them in the dishwasher. They are appreciated worldwide as a symbol of a knife with its own character, handcrafted.
