Note: The pieces should be heated gradually and should never be used at high heat (at most 3/4 of the induction cooktop's power). Thanks to the high temperature conductivity of copper (higher than that of iron or multi-layer stainless steel) they do not require higher power. To avoid thermal contrasts and burns, they should be allowed to cool after use before cleaning or handling them.

No acabo de trobar la gràcia als recipients de coure, si més no amb inducció i d'aquesta mida. Només el puc fer servir al foc petit de la placa, perquè la zona plana del cercle inductiu fa només 12 cm. Això em resta flexibilitat. I potser per això costa més d'escalfar del que m'esperava.
D'altra banda per això que faig servir gairebé com a cassó l'avantatge de la bona distribució de l'escalfor que dona el coure és poc rellevant. Potser en una cassola molt més ampla o una paella grossa...
És un estri de força pes, per tant tampoc no és fàcil aprofitar la bona alçada per saltejar enèrgicament aliments.
Com a punts positius: una construcció robusta, i és maquíssim. Encara no he decidit si les taques que s'hi fan m'agraden. Em sembla que sí.
