The Perfect Premium Pressure Cooker by WMF incorporates a new handle with integrated controls, allowing you to select all positions: open/close, preselect cooking level, and steam release.
Features of the Perfect Premium Pressure Cooker:
- The cooker is easily operated with just a few hand movements. The rotary control allows you to select all positions: open/close, preselect cooking level, and steam release.
- The cooking indicator has two levels plus a residual pressure level. The two pressure cooking levels are:
- Up to 110°C (first orange ring) for tender vegetables, fish, and poultry.
- Up to 119°C (second orange ring) for tough meats and foods.
- Once the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, the heat is lowered, and the cooking time begins.
- The cooker can only be opened once there is no pressure left inside.
- The pressure cooker has several safety systems, including the residual pressure lock.
- Available in 4 different capacities:
- 3 liters
- 4.5 liters
- 6.5 liters
- 8.5 liters
- All WMF pressure cookers are made of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, a type of alloy patented by WMF, making them more robust, scratch-resistant, and easier to care for.
- With TransTherm® base suitable for all types of stoves, including induction.

- This WMF pressure cooker model has a diameter of 22 cm. That's why the WMF glass lid, sold separately (here), is designed to fit perfectly. It's a perfect option! Having the glass lid means you'll have 2 pots in 1: a pressure cooker when you use the valve lid, and a pot for traditional cooking when you use the glass lid, minimizing the space it takes up in your kitchen.
The history of WMF
