This casserole features a state-of-the-art Fusion Pro ceramic non-stick coating by PPG™, highly scratch-resistant. The base of the casserole is Full Induction, which ensures optimal heat distribution and is suitable for all types of heat sources, including induction hobs. It can also be used in the oven, as long as you remove the lid and the silicone handles.
Available in four different sizes and capacities, this tall casserole includes a glass lid and heat-resistant silicone handles so you can handle it comfortably without burning yourself. In addition, both the handles and the lid knob have an ergonomic design that makes them easy to grip firmly.

PPG™'s latest-generation Fusion Pro ceramic non-stick coating, free from PFOA, PTFE, lead and cadmium. It is high-gloss, very scratch-resistant and lets you cook with very little oil, or even none at all.
What is it made of?
100% recycled cast aluminium: it is very light, sturdy and spreads the heat quickly. The aluminium is covered by the ceramic coating, so it doesn't touch the food.

Yes, up to 220 °C, but without the lid or the silicone handles, which are removable.
