How to make ice cream and slushies with the Frost GreenPan

You’ll see how easy it is to make your favorite ice cream in just a few steps:

• Prepare the mixture. For example, cream with cocoa and vanilla, or, if you prefer a sorbet, mix any fruit you like with juice or water. 
• Pour the mixture into the transparent bowl with a 1.87 l capacity.
• Select the desired setting and texture according to the result you want.
• Let the ice cream maker do its job, cooling and mixing the preparation automatically for about 30 minutes. 
• Done! Once the desired texture is reached, the cold mode automatically activates to keep the preparation at the right temperature for 2 hours, so you can enjoy it whenever you want or serve it in your glass with a simple move of the dispensing lever.

What you can do with the Frost GreenPan Ice Cream Maker

The Frost ice cream maker has 5 programs so you can make your favorite drinks and ice creams, plus 1 specific program for cleaning and dispensing. You can choose the consistency level or texture depending on each preparation:

• Slushie/Slushie: For non-alcoholic slush drinks such as sodas, juices, or iced coffee. 
• Soft ice cream/Soft Ice Cream: For creamy ice cream that you can serve directly with the dispensing lever, for frozen yogurt, or for protein ice cream. 
• Alcoholic slushie/Spiked Slushie: For cocktails and frozen alcoholic drinks. The program takes into account that alcohol makes freezing harder, but to achieve the right texture, the alcohol content must be between 2.8% and 16%. 
• Sorbet/Sorbet: For fruit- or juice-based ice creams. You’ll get a frozen texture that is smooth and firm enough to serve.
• Milkshake/Milkshake: For preparations that are more liquid than ice cream, but thick and creamy.

It also includes the Extrude/Clean program, which is used to make dispensing and cleaning easier for the ice cream maker and makes the paddle run through a 5-minute cycle.
