The Le Creuset cast iron pans are a classic for any aspirational cook. Perfect for light and low-fat cooking, grilled; they will also last you a lifetime. A good investment in cooking.
NOTE: Cooking on a cast iron grill has nothing to do with cooking on a non-stick grill: iron achieves a much higher temperature, sealing the food and retaining all the flavour (and evaporating the juices, thus preventing the meat from boiling). The meat is roasted on a cast iron grill!
And you know what? If you buy a grill that is 100% iron, such as these skillet or rectangular or round grills without handles, they are ovenproof (they are pure iron!!!), so you can make spectacular pizzas on them, bake a piece of meat or fish directly in the oven, use it to make a biscuit or puff pastry or shortcrust pastry, make biscuits... You have an incredible iron surface for baking!

What is a skillet?
