Eco-friendly, durable, easy to use and clean, the Easy Ceramic Kuhn Rikon ceramic frying pan has everything it needs to take a prominent place in your kitchen. It is made from 100% recycled aluminum and its thick heat-diffusing base provides fast, even heating. Even when frying, the result is perfect. The reinforced ceramic particle coating, smooth and heat-permeable, makes cooking with it a breeze. Wonderful!
It is the ideal pan for cooking both delicate foods and all kinds of recipes. Perfect for gently frying with a little oil or over medium heat with plenty of oil, with crispy, golden results. With it, you can saute vegetables, fry croquettes or potatoes, cook on the griddle or with a little sauce. And besides being suitable for all stovetops, including induction, you can cook with it in the oven.
The pan is made with up to 95% less energy than conventional aluminum pans; its sturdy body of 100% recycled, high-quality aluminum is also harder and more resistant, which, together with its reinforced ceramic coating, makes the pan even more durable. Its ergonomic handle, which does not get hot, makes it comfortable and safe to handle.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To extend and maintain the non-stick properties of its ceramic coating, the pan should be heated gradually over medium-low heat with a little oil.
