Technical characteristics
- Lot of 3 pans: 18, 22 and 26 cm .
- Base material: Forged aluminum.
- Bottom: 4 mm thick.
- Xylan® Whitford non-stick coating, PFOA-free and self-lubricating, acts as an electrical insulator, and is resistant to all types of abrasion and strong acids. In addition, it can withstand continuous temperatures of 220°C without suffering any type of alteration.
- Exterior non-stick finish that ensures long durability and resistance, as well as easy cleaning.
- Handle made of thermo-resistant Bakelite with ergonomic format and soft soft touch. It has a green insert that gives it an ecological and sustainable touch.
- Valid for all types of cookers, gas, vitro and induction.
