The Twinny children’s knife by Zwilling is a chef-style knife designed to teach young children how to handle a kitchen knife safely and efficiently. The Twinny children’s knife is suitable from 3 years old (always under adult supervision) and is ideal for youngsters who want to start helping or learning in the kitchen.

This is not a toy knife: it is a real kitchen knife that cuts — and cuts well (with the quality of Zwilling knives) — but it has been manufactured to offer safety and allow for optimal and secure cutting. It is a chef’s knife which, for adults, would normally have a 13–15 cm pointed blade; for children, however, it has been made with a length adapted to their hands, measuring 10.5 cm, much easier for them to handle, and with a rounded tip for added safety. In addition, the handle and finger guard complete the design, making it ideal for children to learn how to hold the knife and cut correctly and confidently.
