They are manufactured from a special hardened, extra-pressed natural aluminum alloy, which prevents the aluminum from flaking off. Heat transfer is faster and more even, and they are more scratch-resistant, preventing corrosion.

Additionally, the 45 x 32 cm smooth tray is also available with a plastic lid. This lid is perfect for transporting and storing what you've baked in the tray, but it is not oven-safe.
