With the Revolution Master De Buyer Mandolin there will be no cut you can't do, even the longest ones! The double-bladed micro-serrated blade of this professional kitchen mandoline slicer penetrates food at different points, reducing the impact and effort required to cut both hard and soft foods.
This professional mandoline incorporates the following accessories that make it an all-terrain utensil in your kitchen:
The blade maintains the wavy cut on one side, to cut potatoes or vegetables in a wavy or grid shape. On the other hand, it allows you to cut sheets, julienne, cubes or diamonds thanks to the micro-serrated edge. Julienne combs allow cuts of different widths (from 2 to 10 mm) and the cutting height is adjustable up to 10 mm.
Its ergonomic brushed stainless steel pusher has a rotation control system for easy and regular cutting of cubes and diamonds. And thanks to its special PRO coating, the food slides smoothly across the surface.
It is a very safe stainless steel mandolin, thanks to its non-slip folding feet and its protector that will allow you to cut with comfort and precision.
