The De Buyer Extra Long Mandoline Accessory allows you to cut fruits and vegetables into extra-long slices or sticks easily and very safely, compatible with the Vantage, Revolution, and Ultra mandolines, all from De Buyer.

You can slice narrower foods lengthwise such as carrots, zucchinis, cucumbers, and even bananas.

You can choose between the Vantage mandoline accessory or the Revolution and Ultra mandoline accessory, depending on your mandoline model, to complement it and achieve very precise lengthwise cuts, perfect for impressing in your recipes. Completely safe thanks to the handle on its top, it allows you to slide the accessory to slice the food without having to touch it.

To use it, simply place the accessory on the mandoline’s cart, put the food you want to slice inside, place the lid with the handle on top, and slide it using the grip.

  • Extra long accessory for Revolution mandoline: 17.2 cm x 13 cm
