The cutter is made entirely of high-quality 18/10 Cromargan® stainless steel and is very easy to use. Thanks to the sharp blade of this wheel cutter , you can cut it to your liking effortlessly by simply sliding it over the rolled out dough. From puff pastry to shortcrust pastry, filo pastry, biscuit pastry or your homemade fresh pasta dough, it will make your job easier and you will get great results.
Its design is very elegant and functional and, being made entirely of stainless steel, it is very hygienic, resistant to acids, does not absorb odours or flavours and is very easy to clean . Its rounded handle makes it easy to use and very comfortable. In addition, it has a ring at the end , so you can hang it and always have it at hand.
The cutter is 17 cm long and the diameter of the cutting wheel is 3.5 cm.
