Perfect for your blinis and pancakes, the De Buyer Mineral B iron blini pan will bring you plenty of joy at breakfast, at teatime or at any time of day! In its two mini sizes, 12 cm and 14 cm, there's no pancake you won't master and flip with ease, to the delight of everyone at the table. What's more, you can make perfectly round little omelettes in them for individual servings!
More French than Coco Chanel, De Buyer Mineral B pans are ideal for making blinis and pancakes at home, the healthy way. Like all Mineral B pans, these iron pans stand out because:
As well as for blinis and pancakes, they're the perfect size for a fried egg, for individual Spanish or country-style omelettes, or for sautéing small portions.
They're mini in size but XXL in authenticity and tradition!
Remember that we have a protective handle sleeve for De Buyer iron pans, which will help you avoid burning yourself when handling the pan.

Yes, but it needs a cooking zone with a diameter similar to its base; some hobs don't detect such small bases.
Yes, and sooner than on a large pan, because it's closer to the heat. Use a pot holder or a handle cover.
The non-stick patina builds up with use. Use it first for pancakes with a little butter and save the egg for when the pan has darkened.
