With a minimalist design and a rounded silhouette, the Zwilling Pro stainless steel frying pan will elevate your cooking. Thanks to its multilayer construction, it heats up quickly and distributes heat evenly from base to rim. You'll save energy while achieving excellent cooking results. Its elegant satin finish and stainless steel body make it as durable and robust as it is easy to handle.
Unlike traditional frying pans, the Pro pan features a shape closer to low casseroles or stew pots. It’s ideal for browning, sautéing, searing, and frying all kinds of foods—from juicy meats to crispy fries, this pan does it all. Its rounded base without sharp edges also makes it perfect for simmering, making sauces, or preparing Spanish omelets.
Its efficient Sigma Clad three-layer construction, made from two layers of stainless steel with an aluminum core, ensures fast and even heat distribution across the entire cooking surface, from the base to the sides. The entire body heats uniformly for even cooking while saving time and energy.
Equipped with a solid stainless steel handle that stays cool and a wide pouring rim to prevent drips, this pan will become your favorite tool for everyday meals and festive dishes alike.

20 cm (14.4 cm base, 830 g), 24 cm (18 cm base, 1.15 kg), 28 cm (22.5 cm base, 1.33 kg) and 28 cm deep, 8.9 cm high (22 cm base, 1.55 kg).
It has a rounded shape, like a shallow casserole, and a base with no corners. As well as browning, sautéing and frying, it is wonderful for braising, reducing sauces or making a Spanish omelette, and its pouring rim stops drips.
That it has three layers throughout the body: two of stainless steel and an aluminium core. The heat reaches the centre and the edge equally, so cooking is even and you need less heat.
Heat the pan well over a medium heat before adding the oil and don't move the food until it is seared: then it releases on its own. You will find all the tips in our guide to cooking with stainless steel frying pans.
Yes. It works on all hobs, including induction, goes in the oven up to 200 °C and is dishwasher safe.
No. It is solid stainless steel, welded on, and designed to stay cool while you cook on the hob.
It is normal with stainless steel and does not affect use. White marks are usually limescale from the water or starch residue, and bluish or rainbow tones appear when it gets very hot. They come off if you boil a little water with a splash of vinegar for a few minutes and rub with a soft sponge.
