Set of 2 molds to make nougat, by Ibili, ideal for making homemade nougat with the traditional diamond and smooth designs.
They are molds made of resistant plastic, of excellent quality, which guarantees a perfect unmoulding, and they offer the perfect and classic size of nougats. With how easy it is to make homemade nougat, you're going to get a great deal out of it! Almond nougat, hard, soft, chocolate... Which one are you going to start with?

To make nougat, you make the mixture and pour it into the moulds, pressing and covering them with film and then put them in the fridge. After unmolding the nougat, the mold comes out practically clean, but it is important to clean it under the tap, never in the dishwasher so that it does not lose its shape (high temperatures would deform it for a long time). < /span>
They are fully reusable molds -You can make a thousand and one homemade nougat!
