The Perfect Premium ultra-fast pressure cooker model from WMF incorporates a new handle with integrated controls, from which you can select all positions: open/close, preselect the cooking level, and release the steam.
The set includes:
- WMF Perfect Premium 6.5 litre pot to cook for 5-6 people.
- 3 litres pot to cook for 2-3 people.
- Steamer insert and bridge for cooking in record time, preserving the flavors and nutrients of the food.

Features
- The pot is operated with a few movements of the hand. Using the rotary knob we can select all the positions: open/close, preselection of the cooking level and steam release.
- The cooking indicator has two levels plus the residual pressure level. The two levels of pressure cooking are:
- Up to 110 °C (first orange ring), for tender vegetables, fish, poultry
- Up to 119 °C (second orange ring), for hard foods and meats.
- As soon as the cooking indicator reaches the desired ring, the heat is lowered and the cooking time begins to count.
- Once the cooking time has elapsed, the pressure cooker can only be opened when there is no more pressure inside.
- The pressure cooker has several safety systems such as the residual pressure safety.
- All WMF pressure cookers are made of Cromargan 18/10 stainless steel, a type of alloy patented by WMF, which makes them more robust, more resistant to scratching and easier to care for.
- With TransTherm® base suitable for all types of cookers, including induction.
- Ease of use thanks to the multifunction handle, which also disassembles for easy cleaning.
- Inside filling marking of the pressure cooker for easy dosing.
- Manual in Spanish with firing table and technical services.

- This WMF pressure cooker model has a diameter of 22cm. For this reason the WMF glass lid, sold separately (here), is well thought out and fits perfectly in it. And it is a perfect option! If you have the glass lid you will have 2 pots in 1: a quick pot when you use the valve lid, and a pot for traditional cooking when you use the glass lid, minimizing the space you occupy in your kitchen.
