This ceramic tray is ideal for cooking pizzas at home like a true pizzaiolo. Thanks to its excellent heat transmission, it allows us to bake perfect pizzas with a crispy crust, as well as using the tray to make bread, cookies, galettes, and bake all kinds of doughs.
Additionally, it is perfect for serving the pizza directly at the table (we can even cut it without fear of damaging the ceramic). Besides a good presentation, it will keep the pizza hot for longer.
It has a very large surface area, in both of its sizes.
And it’s not only ideal for cooking pizza, as it is a very versatile tray: you can bake bread or any other type of dough with excellent results, or it can also be used as a plate or tray to serve any food or appetizer at the table.
It is suitable for use in the oven and on gas and charcoal barbecues, at a maximum temperature of 290º C. Emile Henry’s BBQ® ceramic withstands temperatures from -20 °C to 290 °C.
