It is made from 100% recycled aluminium, while its thick heat-diffusing base provides fast and even heating. It delivers perfect results even when deep-frying. Its smooth, heat-conductive coating reinforced with ceramic particles makes cooking an absolute breeze. What a wonderful pan!

It is an ideal frying pan for cooking delicate foods as well as all kinds of recipes. Perfect for gently frying with a little oil or deep-frying in plenty of oil over a medium heat, producing deliciously crisp and golden results. Use it to sauté vegetables, fry croquettes or potatoes, griddle food or prepare dishes with a little sauce. As well as being suitable for all types of hob, including induction, it can also be used in the oven.

The frying pan is manufactured using up to 95% less energy than conventional aluminium frying pans. Its robust body, made from high-quality 100% recycled aluminium, is also harder and more resistant. Combined with its reinforced ceramic coating, this gives the pan greater durability. Its ergonomic handle, which stays cool on the hob, makes it comfortable and safe to use.
