The De Buyer Pizza Base is a 31cm round aluminium grill , ideal for baking your pizzas, pies, quiches or biscuits, with golden and very crispy results. The plate has a mesh base that provides excellent ventilation and allows hot air to circulate and heat to be distributed evenly .
Designed to make it easy to handle pizzas with a peel, as well as being a perfect base for baking , due to its grid surface and rapid heating, it is also a great tray for cooling and freezing , as it cools down just as quickly. Light, practical and very versatile, it is a piece that will give you a lot of play in the kitchen.
