Un libro muy completo para quien quiera adentrarse en el mundo de las cocottes, lo compramos para un regalo, al final lo tenía y nos lo hemos quedado para nosotros de lo que nos gustó. Te habla desde la técnica hasta la elaboración de la receta. A quien le gusten los guisos lo recomiendo 100%
