ThisShallow Casserole d copper pot with stainless steel lid will allow you to cook all kinds of stews very efficiently over low heat, with exceptional results. The Prima Matera De Buyer Low Copper Casserole (induction) is available in the following sizes, all with stainless steel lids:
Note: The pieces should be heated gradually and never used at high heat (maximum 3/4 of the induction cooktop’s power). To avoid thermal shocks and burns, allow them to cool after use before cleaning or handling.
