The base of the bag, wide and roundIt fits perfectly to the bottom of the casserole so you can carry it comfortably. And it's perfect for trays and molds, since the keeps them flat, without tipping over (Because surely you want the cakes to stay upright! How to choose the right size?

1. The "Small" size fits cocottes up to 26 cm in diameter.
2. The "Large" size is designed for cocottes from 28 cm in diameter and oval cocottes.
3. These pieces are handcrafted, cut and sewn by hand, so they may have small imperfections that make each piece unique.
