They are perfect for dry food storage, but can also be used to store fresh food, prepare fermented foods, and make preserves, as they are suitable for pasteurization and provide an airtight seal thanks to their clip closure and silicone gasket. Additionally, thanks to their cylindrical shape, they are ideal for freezing broths, sauces, purées, or cooked legumes.
