The Ceratal® Classic EVO Fissler water-based ceramic frying pan is the improved version from the most iconic ceramic pan of the German brand. Perfect for frying, sauteing, or cooking on the griddle, its excellent non-stick surface and its exclusive improved heat-diffusing base, make cooking with it comfortable, healthy, and highly efficient.

What sets the Ceratal® Classic EVO Fissler water-based ceramic frying pan apart
- It is made in Germany to the highest quality standards and in a sustainable way, with up to 60% recycled aluminum. Robust and highly durable.
- Its exclusive Fissler “Cookstar®” heat-diffusing base, improved in the Ceratal EVO. It has a larger diameter and greater thickness, so it is more energy-efficient. Made of stainless steel with an encapsulated aluminum disc by means of high-pressure pressing, which completely removes the air inside between layers, it provides greater durability, excellent heat use, and better performance on all cooktops.
- It features an outstanding Ceratal® ceramic coating, exclusive to Fissler. Made with natural ceramic, free from lead, PFAS, and PTFE, it is a water-based coating with excellent non-stick properties.
- It is a smooth, pore-free coating, so it is very easy to clean. Because it has no pores, it does not stain. Its non-stick performance is excellent, and you barely need any oil to cook with it.
- It is a very efficient frying pan. Cooking with it means great energy savings, thanks to the rapid absorption, distribution, and storage of heat. The lack of air inside the heat-diffusing base allows for much faster, more even, and more efficient heating. Once the optimal cooking temperature has been reached, you can turn the heat down to the minimum, since it retains heat much better. This also means lower energy consumption.
- It is suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction, and ensures optimal heat distribution.
- Its ergonomic safety handle, with finger guard. It lets you handle the pan very comfortably and safely. It is made of bakelite, so it does not heat up, and it has a finger guard that ensures your hand is protected from heat at all times.
- The handle has a hole at the end so you can hang it up.

What is Ceratal water-based ceramic?
It's Fissler's exclusive ceramic coating, made from water-based ceramic. It's non-stick and 100% free from lead, PFAS and PTFE.
What sizes and colours are available?
20, 24, 26 and 28 cm, in grey or black. In black there is also a 24 + 28 cm set.
How is it different from the Ceratal Comfort?
The Classic EVO has a classic shape and a larger, thicker base that holds the heat better. The Comfort has higher sides and more cooking surface.
Is it suitable for induction, the oven and the dishwasher?
It works on induction, ceramic, electric and gas hobs. It isn't suitable for the oven or the dishwasher: wash it by hand, which is very easy.
What warranty does it have?
3 years. Made in Germany.
