. Besides making all kinds of plant-based drinks by choosing your ingredients, you can also decide the texture, more or less creamy, just by changing the disc you want to place in the filter. What is the Vegan Milker MÜLSI® by Chufamix
The latest version of the popular "chufamix" is the Vegan Milker MÜLSI®, and it was chosen at the Ambiente 2023 Fair in Frankfurt to represent the ETHICAL STYLE range and selected as a smart product for a sustainable future.
. Vegan Milker® by Chufamix was born in Alboraya, the birthplace of tiger nut horchata. Its creators, an artisan horchata maker and an organic farmer, designed an easy system to make horchata at home, realizing it was also ideal for all kinds of plant milks. This patented invention is entirely made in Spain, by 6 small companies from Valencia and Alicante.
The MÜLSI® model consists of:
- Container with lid.
- Fine mesh filter cup made of German stainless steel with a screw-off base.
- 2 interchangeable discs: a smooth disc for a fine texture and a 300µ mesh disc for greater emulsification, achieving a creamier drink. The filters are made of fine mesh German stainless steel.
- Pestle.
You can make all kinds of plant-based drinks, from seeds, nuts, or cereals, to horchata, fruit juices, vegetable and garden produce juices, yogurts, and cheeses, even coffee! Also, you can use the filter cup with any of its discs, either with its container or in any pot, jug, or saucepan if you want to prepare a larger amount of drink.
NOTE: The filter of all Vegan Milker models has been designed to even fit the largest electric whisks, so you can use your blender with them.
How the Vegan Milker MÜLSI® works
Making your favorite plant-based drink is very simple:
- First, you have to fill the container with water up to the indicator mark.
- Screw the disc you prefer onto the filter, depending on whether you want the drink more or less creamy, and place it in the container.
- Add the ingredient you have chosen to make your drink: hazelnuts, walnuts, oats, tiger nuts, etc., soaked beforehand if necessary. Add sugar, cinnamon, lemon, or the seasoning you want to flavor your drink with.
- With your hand blender, blend for a few minutes to crush well, emulsify, and homogenize.
- Once blended, remove the blender and place the pestle. Lift the filter while gently pressing with the pestle.
- . Remove the filter and your plant-based drink is ready to enjoy immediately or to store in the fridge by placing the lid on the container.
- Remove the pulp from the filter and set it aside for your desserts or to make bread, cookies, or add it to any recipe you have in mind.
Besides preparing all kinds of plant-based drinks, you can also make fruit juices and smoothies, which will come out perfect thanks to the filter, especially with fruits that have many seeds! Thanks to this fine mesh German stainless steel filter, it is also ideal for emulsifying and straining your sauces without having to pass them through a chinois.

- BPA-free plastic container with measurement marks of 0.5 l and 0.8 l. Designed to fit in the fridge.
- Fine mesh stainless steel filter cup with handle. Screw-off base.
- Interchangeable steel discs:
- Ultrafine Disc (unperforated), for fine texture.
- Creamy 300µ Disc, for creamy texture.
- BPA-free plastic pestle.
- BPA-free plastic lid.
- Vegan Milker MÜLSI® Soul, which includes:
- Glass container with handle and measurement marks of 0.5 l and 0.8 l. Thermal shock resistant.
- Fine mesh stainless steel filter cup with handle. Screw-off base.
- Interchangeable steel discs:
- Ultrafine Disc (unperforated), for fine texture.
- Creamy 300µ Disc, for creamy texture.
- 100% natural pine wood pestle from sustainably managed forests in northern Spain.
- Bamboo lid.
All parts of any Vegan Milker® model by Chufamix are made with certified top-quality materials free of toxic components, such as BPA, BPS, PVC, Bakelite, Formaldehyde, and Phthalates.
It is recommended to wash the filters by hand immediately after use with a stream of water. The wooden pestle should also be washed the same way and left to dry in a well-ventilated place, avoiding humid areas and not exposing it to the sun.
