The barbecue stands out for its VARIO+ modular cooking system, which allows replace the central circular grille piece with different accessories. This system turns it into a Very versatile outdoor kitchen, where you can cook not only with the grill, but with any utensil and all kinds of recipes. From wok stir-fries, pizzas or breads on stone, meats and fish on the griddle, fried foods or omelets in a frying pan, stews in pots and cocottes, or rice dishes in a paella pan, cooking directly over the flame or using indirect heat.
