By WMF

The Vitalis cooking dish from WMF is made of 18/10 Cromargan stainless steel and is ideal for steaming all kinds of recipes, heating or keeping food warm, baking, or defrosting any food. It features a TransTherm diffuser base suitable for all types of cooktops, including induction.

You can do it all with it: from steaming vegetables, meats, and fish, to flans, puddings, and steamed cakes... Additionally, you can use it simply for heating or as an oven dish (up to 180 ºC with the lid, or up to 240 ºC without it), like a roasting pan.

Indeed, without its inner tray, it is a perfect dish for both stovetop and oven use. You can use it as a roasting pan or as a dish for your recipes, from lasagnas to roasts.

Its high-quality glass lid includes a silicone seal for a perfect closure (hence its great effectiveness in containing steam and enabling very fast cooking), and a thermometer to monitor the cooking point of your recipes.
