Using the spray in baking

The release spray is perfect for greasing all types of molds in the most practical, quick, and even way, and for unmolding your cakes and sponges with total ease. Even in molds with tight angles and lots of details! That's why it's a perfect spray for easily unmolding bundt cakes, and it's also ideal for use in muffin molds, baking trays for cakes, ceramic tart molds, stainless steel molds...

Using the spray in everyday cooking

The Tellier spray is a rapeseed oil-based spray (it's over 90% oil), so you can perfectly use it to spray your meats, fish, vegetables, meatballs... before putting them in the pan or on the grill. This way, you'll get an even layer of oil, preventing sticking in the pan and grill (many times, when cooking, we apply oil in a zig-zag or spiral, but many areas are left without oil—this doesn't happen with the spray).

Using the spray in your oven and air fryer

Air fryers claim not to require oil, but in reality, they need a minimum amount of oil (they require a tablespoon of oil spread over the food). Instead of applying that tablespoon of oil, which is not actually an even application, you can perfectly use the Tellier release spray, because being oil-based ensures perfect cooking in the fryer.
