It is an ideal spatula to use with your frying pans, pots, saucepans or saucepans, without damaging their interior. The most important properties of silicone are its temperature resistance (it can be used at minus 40 degrees and up to 220ºC), it has a long shelf life, it is odourless, tasteless and non-corrosive . It is completely suitable for both food and medical use.
