La Guérande grey salt is still extracted manually and with wooden tools, to preserve the organoleptic characteristics of the salt, resulting in an extraordinary sea salt.
By mixing the salt with pieces of white truffle from Alba (Tuber magnatum Pico), we obtain a truly versatile seasoning, which can be used in both hot and cold dishes all year round: pasta, risottos, eggs, omelettes, meat steaks or entrecôte, carpaccios, tartares, baked potatoes or mashed potatoes, vegetables, sushi or foie gras. The applications are truly numerous, and the result of the dish is elevated by the quality of this unique salt and the aroma of the truffle.
