How the Baker & Salt® Cooling Rack Works

1. Place the rack on your kitchen counter.
2. Remove your breads, cakes, cookies or any other pastry preparation that needs to cool from the oven.
3. Place the preparation on the rack without baking paper. If you have prepared individual pieces such as cookies, muffins or tarts, we recommend leaving space between them.
4. Voila! Your homemade sweets will be cold and ready to serve and enjoy in a matter of minutes.
