Compact, elegant, functional and very versatile, you'll love the WMF Raclette for four . It's designed with great attention to detail, so you can enjoy delicious melted raclette cheese in the pans , accompanied by vegetables, meat or fish, cooked on the grill or on the griddle, because the plate is reversible! Both the pans and the plate are non-stick, so nothing sticks, so your only concern is what to pair the cheese with.
The raclette has a compact design ; its square shape is ideal for making the most of space or placing it in the centre of the table so that everyone has their pan to hand. The cast aluminium plate is reversible : on one side there is a grill-type surface, for grilling, and on the other side there is a smooth surface, for cooking on a griddle or for using it as a great crepe maker. You can prepare some great crepes on the spot, while melting the cheeses to fill them.
It has an adjustable thermostat with LED lighting , so you can raise or lower the temperature as needed. The plate has a surface area of 23 x 25 cm, is removable and dishwasher safe, although it is recommended to wash it by hand. In addition, its design includes a lower shelf, ideal for leaving hot pans unused, always keeping the table or tablecloth protected.
