Each sheet in the De Buyer Pack of 2 reusable baking sheets is the perfect complement to your rectangular baking tin. These non-stick sheets allow you to bake your breads, plum cakes or brioches in any rectangular baking tin without anything sticking , and to easily remove them when you are ready to serve. Plus, you can reuse them for as many baking sessions as you like, because each sheet is reusable over 200 times !
The sheets are cut into rectangular moulds to fit perfectly. They are resistant to cold and heat, tolerating temperatures from -76°C to 260°C . And once used, they are very easy to clean with soap and water, so that as soon as they are dry, you can use them again.
