With a Teflon Innovations triple-layer non-stick coating, free of PFOA, this paella pan is without a doubt an excellent choice for your kitchen. Robust and durable in equal measure, this paella pan has a cast aluminium body that will allow you to enjoy it for a long time.
You can use it on any type of cooker, even if you have an induction cooker. This is because thanks to its full induction diffuser base it is compatible with gas, electricity, ceramic and induction. This base also guarantees an even distribution of temperature , so that the noodles in the middle do not burn and those on the sides do not remain raw.
The paella pan includes a pair of silicone handles so you can handle it comfortably without risk of burning yourself. Just one piece of advice: remember to remove them when you put the pan in the oven to give the rice that toasted touch that you like so much.
