Set of 2 molds for making nougat by Ibili, ideal for making homemade nougat with the traditional diamond and smooth designs.
These molds are made of durable, high-quality plastic, ensuring perfect unmolding, and offer the perfect, classic size for nougat. Making homemade nougat is so easy, you'll get a lot of use out of them! Almond nougat, hard, soft, chocolate... Which one will you start with?
- Not suitable for oven or dishwasher

- Exterior: 23 x 10cm.
- Interior: 19 x 8 cm.
To make nougat, prepare the mixture and pour it into the molds, pressing and covering them with plastic wrap before placing them in the fridge. After unmolding the nougat, the mold comes out almost clean, but it's important to wash it under the tap, never in the dishwasher, so it doesn't lose its shape (prolonged high temperatures would deform it).
They are fully reusable molds—you'll be able to make a thousand and one homemade nougats!
