Ha llegado en perfecto estado, se ve liso, bien acabado. No lo he utilizado aún, la temperatura del ambiente no me permite fermentar el pan en condiciones. Espero hacerlo pronto.

Los panes quedan preciosos y la masa leveda mucho mejor que en un cuenco (que era como lo hacía yo hasta ahora). Las masas, incluso las de alta hidratación, no se pegan.
