With the Lodge 6-Muffin Pan, you can bake 6 delicious muffins in one go , with caramelized exteriors and soft , fluffy interiors . This cast iron pan is sturdy and durable. You can bake as many muffins or cupcakes as you like, without it warping, denting or getting damaged. It has two handles for easy and safe handling. And it's also a great pan for your cold preparations from the fridge.
Its cast iron construction provides unparalleled heat retention and uniform heating , resulting in perfect and even cooking of all the muffins you bake, both sweet and savoury. Its natural factory curing gives it a great non-stick finish and allows each of the 6 muffins to be perfectly baked, with that caramelised outer layer that you like so much and very fluffy and tender.
NOTE: Factory seasoning gives Lodge cast iron pieces a rustic finish with some imperfections, such as a brown mark on the rim, handle or grip. Don't worry! These are small spots where the oil hasn't soaked into the iron, but your piece is safe to use. This is not a defect or rust and will disappear with regular use and care.
