This Le Creuset ceramic terrine is an ideal mould for preparing pâtés and terrines made of meat, fish or vegetables at home. It includes a press (the white ceramic piece) to give your recipes a perfect and professional finish.

Its durable, non-reactive enamelled surface doesn’t stain or discolour during cooking or storage. The ceramic is also highly resistant to knocks and scratches (you can cut directly on it with no problem) and it doesn’t absorb odours. Additionally, the design features a small hole to ensure optimal moisture levels during cooking.

You can also use it to prepare and present other recipes like bread, cakes, pies or desserts. The ergonomic handles make it easy to carry to the table, and it is suitable for oven, grill, fridge and dishwasher.

The Le Creuset ceramic terrine comes in two formats:

  • 700 ml terrine. Terrine dimensions: 19.4 cm long x 11.5 cm wide x 12 cm high. Weight: 1.27 kg.
  • 1.1 L terrine. Terrine dimensions: 31.3 cm long x 12 cm wide x 12 cm high. Weight: 2.47 kg.

Le Creuset ceramic withstands temperatures from -23ºC to 260ºC and comes with a 10-year guarantee.
